Product Description
Roller Burnishing Tool is a non-cutting machining process to produce mirror-like surfacefinish with low surface roughness of Ra-0.05um to Ra-0.35um, consistantlyaccurate size and increased hardness of the skin layer. It is a type of coldworking process where it removes thesurface undulations generated after machining on metal by compressing the peaks of a metal's surfaceinto the valleys like "ironing".
